## Private international voluntary organization is issuing a **Request for Proposals (RFP)** in Syria to solicit proposals from qualified and experienced suppliers capable of providing **General Supplies for WOS**.

This tender is open to **both local and international suppliers**. A detailed list of the required items is included in the **Tender Package**.

Completed bids and proposals must be submitted to the IRC using the email address specified in the RFP **no later than the close of business on 27 /04 /2026 at 04:00**.

All bids must fully and clearly respond to all questions and requirements outlined in the RFP. All mandatory supporting documentation must be submitted together with the quotation. Failure to complete any part of the RFP documents or to provide the required documentation will result in disqualification from the bidding process.

Bids submitted after **27 /04 /2026 at 04:00** will not be accepted.

تقوم منظمة تطوعية دولية خاصة بإصدار **طلب تقديم عروض (RFP)** في سوريا بهدف استدراج عروض من موردين مؤهلين وذوي خبرة وقادرين على توفير **المستلزمات العامة لكافة أنحاء سوريا (WOS)**.

هذه المناقصة مفتوحة لكلٍ من الموردين المحليين والدوليين. وتتوفر قائمة مفصّلة بالمواد المطلوبة ضمن **حزمة المناقصة**.

يجب تقديم العروض والمقترحات المكتملة إلى منظمة IRC باستخدام عنوان البريد الإلكتروني المحدد في طلب تقديم العروض، وذلك **في موعد أقصاه نهاية الدوام الرسمي في 27 /04/ 2026 عند الساعة 04:00**

يجب أن تجيب جميع العروض بشكل كامل وواضح على جميع الأسئلة والمتطلبات الواردة في طلب تقديم العروض، كما يجب إرفاق جميع الوثائق الداعمة الإلزامية مع عرض الأسعار. إن عدم استكمال أي جزء من مستندات طلب تقديم العروض أو عدم تقديم الوثائق المطلوبة سيؤدي إلى الاستبعاد من عملية المناقصة.

لن يتم قبول أي عروض يتم تقديمها بعد **27 /04/ 2026 عند الساعة 04:00**
