**Responsibilities**

- Coordinate implementing partners to plan and deliver project activities in line with agreed workplans and objectives.
- Maintain strong working relationships with partners, supporting effective implementation and long‑term collaboration.
- Liaise with district‑level government stakeholders, including education, social services and disaster management authorities.
- Support partners to organise and follow up on training activities involving schools, teachers, parents, OPDs and community groups.
- Support the collection and use of disability‑disaggregated data to monitor enrolment, attendance and participation of children with disabilities.
- Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing technical support, guidance and capacity‑building as required.
- Support partners to prepare and submit timely narrative and financial reports in line with agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with finance colleagues to support budget planning, financial reporting and compliance at partner level.
- Monitor partner compliance with partnership agreements, donor requirements and due diligence actions.
- Support advocacy, communication and awareness‑raising activities at district level in line with project objectives.
- Contribute to project monitoring, reporting and learning in coordination with MEL colleagues.
- Promote collaboration and shared learning between partners and stakeholders at district level.

**Jobholder Requirements**

**Essential**

- A Master’s degree in Education, Development Studies, Social Welfare, Disaster Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Experience working on development or advocacy programmes with marginalised communities.
- Experience in project and partnership management, ideally within an NGO or INGO context.
- Experience working with Organisations of Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) and/or self‑help groups.
- Experience of donor‑funded projects and working within donor compliance requirements.
- Experience in project monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

**Desirable**

- Experience working with government stakeholders at district or upazila level.
- Experience in advocacy, communication and documentation.
- Strong relationship‑building and influencing skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly using locally available transport.
