**About the Roles**

We are currently seeking ***Expressions of Interest*** to fill possible upcoming roles that will contribute to DT Global’s success by providing operational and administrative support for program management activities, coordinating project teams to achieve agreed outcomes, and contributing to corporate business improvement and innovation. These roles will be accountable for working with regional team members and partners across various programs, providing high quality deliverables, robust resourcing and achieving successful client feedback on areas under DT Global’s control.

These roles are open to those looking to take the next step in their international development career, who are client-focused, enjoy solving complex challenges and being part of a dynamic team. The successful candidates will be supporting our donor-funded program teams in Australia and the Asia Pacific region. Should you have experience in any of the following areas and are keen on forging a career in Development, we are seeking the following:

• **Program Director (Contractor Representative)**

• **Senior Program Manager / Program Manager**

• **Senior Program Support Officer / Program Support Officer**

**About You**

Duties and essential requirements for the following roles will include:

**Program Director (Contractor Representative)**

• Provide strategic direction and oversight of program implementation to achieve agreed contractual and development outcomes

• Maintain close, collaborative relationships with clients to manage expectations and ensure program adaptability

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of corporate resources to support high-quality program delivery

• Manage financial performance and profitability, including forecasting, reporting, invoicing and budget approvals

• Ensure compliance with DT Global’s Safeguarding, Integrity, HSE and Security policies across all program personnel and partners

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging client relationships, market intelligence and networks.

**Essential Requirements:**

• 8+ years’ experience managing complex international development programs

• Thorough understanding of contract and legal requirements, including Australian Contract Law

• Proven capacity to develop, manage and oversee significant budgets and financial processes

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build team capability and manage performance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging donors, government agencies and NGOs.

**Senior Program Manager / Program Manager**

• Manage cross-functional program support across finance, procurement, HR, risk and compliance to meet corporate and client requirements

• Monitor and manage financial performance including forecasting, reporting, invoicing and budget tracking

• Oversee program start-up, mobilisation, transition and closure activities in line with head contract requirements

• Conduct and manage due diligence for personnel, subcontractors and grantees; negotiate and manage agreements

• Identify and mitigate program risks; ensure compliance with DT Global’s Safeguarding, Integrity, HSE and Security policies

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to business development activities and proposal writing as required.

**Essential Requirements:**

• 5–8 years+ experience on international development programs, with skills in contract management and compliance

• Ability to manage financial processes including budget maintenance, expenditure monitoring and cash flow forecasting

• Understanding of contract terms and conditions with the ability to interpret and support legal negotiations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build client and stakeholder relationships

• Ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks and deadlines across a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.

**Senior Program Support Officer / Program Support Officer**

• Provide administrative and operational support across contracting, procurement, travel logistics, financial tracking and compliance

• Manage mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel for international assignments, including flights, visas, briefings and accommodation

• Draft and manage personnel and consultant contracts; serve as the primary contact for employee engagement and payroll queries

• Process consultant and vendor claims, coordinate monthly funds requests and support client invoice and budget documentation

• Maintain accurate program records and documentation to support audits, donor reporting and knowledge management

• Support program recruitment due diligence and, at the senior level, provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff.

**Essential Requirements:**

• 2+ years+ experience in administrative or project support, preferably in international development or a related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management and travel booking systems

• Sound written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-cultural context

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
