**Job Purpose**

Supervising the implementation of the policies approved by the Authority and required of partners to ensure that financial transactions are safe, free from errors and in line with policies and procedures.

**Job Purpose**

Supervising the implementation of the policies approved by the Authority and required of partners to ensure that financial transactions are safe, free from errors and in line with policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Supervision, follow-up, coordinate and assignment of tasks to subordinates within the financial department with coordination the HQ requirements.
2. Ensure that all financial operations and related documents within the framework of his responsibilities follow the policies and procedures of donors and IYD policies.
3. Ensuring that all accounting entries are entered within the framework of his responsibilities and archiving the supporting documents in paper and electronically
4. Ensure that all original supporting documents within the framework of his responsibilities are sent to the Turkey office in an orderly and correct manner
5. Ensure that electronic copies of all financial operations within the framework of his responsibilities are sent to the Turkey office in an orderly and correct manner
6. Contribute to planning office expenses and send appropriate payment requests
7. Preparing Cash & Banks reconciliation at the end of month and send it to HQ.
8. Monitoring and coordination the cash distributions projects.
9. Work on building and developing the capabilities of subordinates through continuous follow-up and giving appropriate training
10. Other related work that the line manager may request

**Note:** the above-mentioned key responsibilities/accountabilities are illustrative ones. Other future responsibilities/accountabilities may be assigned to the job depending on the department organizational chart.

**Qualification (Education/Work Experience)**

1. **Essential:**
- Bachelor’s or institute Degree in business administration, or Economics or related fields.
- Three years of progressive professional experience.
- Good level in English.
2. **Desirable:**
- MBA or master’s degree in business administration, or Economics (Accounting)or related fields.
- Relevant accredited professional certificates.
- Experience in working with NGO’s.
- Advanced level of English.
