We are looking for an experienced Free Shop Officer to manage and further develop our FreeShop — a key component of Habibi.Works that provides essential items in a dignified and accessible way.

You will oversee inventory, coordinate donations and procurement, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the FreeShop while working closely with the wider team.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage inventory and maintain oversight of FreeShop items
- Coordinate donor relationships and procurement processes
- Facilitate FreeShop access and participant appointments
- Maintain the FreeShop space and train team members
- Support fundraising efforts related to the FreeShop
- Participate in team meetings and daily operational tasks

**Profile**

- EU citizenship required
- Experience in logistics, distribution, or FreeShop systems
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Leadership and team coordination experience
- Driver’s licence
- Minimum age: 22
