**Introduction**
**STOOS Consulting** seeks Sudan-based **trainers and experts** to deliver **TVET, entrepreneurship, agriculture/livestock, VSLA, financial literacy, and market systems** training that strengthens **resilience and self-reliance** for **women, youth, farmers, and micro-enterprises**.

**Description of the Tasks**

- Conduct **needs assessments** and **market/value-chain appraisals** in priority states.
- Localize **Arabic curricula** and **practical toolkits** (farmer field demos, enterprise SOPs, safety guides).
- Deliver **field-based trainings** and **on-site coaching** (farms, workshops, cooperatives).
- Establish/strengthen **VSLAs** (governance, savings/loan cycles, crisis-response).
- Integrate **climate adaptation/DRR** into **livelihoods and agribusiness** practices.
- Facilitate **market linkages** (buyers, input suppliers, service providers) and **finance access**.
- Apply **pre/post tests**, competency checks, and **learning analytics**.
- Produce **structured reports** with **action plans**, risks, and **coordination asks** for partners.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

- **Residence in Sudan**; **Arabic fluency**.
- Degree/TVET in **Business, Agriculture, Livestock, Economics, Finance, TVET** or related.
- **5+ years** designing/delivering **livelihoods/TVET/enterprise** training and **mentorship**.
- Strong **adult-learning**, **community engagement**, and **safeguarding/CHS** application.
- Experience with **rural delivery**, **low-infrastructure logistics**, and **conflict-sensitive approaches**.
- Proficiency in **MEL/reporting** and **partner coordination** (NGOs/INGOs/private sector).
